“Having just returned from the International Slow Food festival in Turin, we have become even more determined to change the world we live in through the food that we consume. Sustainable eating & living builds communities; upholding tradition & sharing the knowledge that is essential to keeping nutritious food on our plates.

With a bountiful summer behind us, filled with fresh garden produce, merriment & vitamin D, we now look towards winter, preserving what we have left to bring us comfort in the colder months to come.
